Home Broadband account issue

when logging into my broadband account i am only getting 3 options of view bills, change info, or sign out, there is no option of amending my payment dates and set up, does anyone have an idea why this is happening.

Are you logging in @ ? Bills can be found under Your bills & payments under Change payment details .

yes thats the one im using its only giving me option of :view bills or change profile info or to sign out.

@hsteven36, You have started one thread, why have you not continued in the thread you started?


If you are not able to sort it out, then you will have to ring customer service and speak to them.
