when logging into my broadband account i am only getting 3 options of view bills, change info, or sign out, there is no option of amending my payment dates and set up, does anyone have an idea why this is happening.

Are you logging in @ https://web.orange.co.uk/r/login/ ? Bills can be found under Your bills & payments under Change payment details .
