Did you stop BB at your home completely or did you migrate it to another ISP?

Did you see out your min. term, usually 18 months?

Re: Hi .. I hv cancelled my broadband but i received email about outstanding bal

I hv not completed the 18 months and they requested me to pay the remaining months to close the account, which i did.

But i was surprised when i received the email about the outstanding balance.

I am no longer in the uk. So i dont know how to contact the customer service.

Is there a way to chat with the agents online?

There is no Live Chat for BB.

Try the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype.
