I hv just recieved an email about an outstanding balace although i hv already requested ti cancel my broadband recvice since 7 september...
I want to check... Was it cancelled or not

Did you stop BB at your home completely or did you migrate it to another ISP?
Did you see out your min. term, usually 18 months?

I hv not completed the 18 months and they requested me to pay the remaining months to close the account, which i did.
But i was surprised when i received the email about the outstanding balance.
I am no longer in the uk. So i dont know how to contact the customer service.
Is there a way to chat with the agents online?
