Good morning. I have no Internet but the router has got all green lights on, and the speed is 0. I have reset few times still the same. Could u please check what's wrong.

I have the same problem but it only affects devices connnected by wifi. My ethernet-connected PC has internet connection. It's a Brightbox fibre router.

We're aware of an issue affecting broadband services this morning - we're working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
I recommend rebooting the router every now and again, this has worked for other users.
