HIjackers?

My internet has been spasmodic all weekend and One Drive will not connect so skype is odd. Got a call from an Indian (in India?) unavailable number saying your internet is unsafe and unsecure. I shouted to fix it and hung up. What's going on?

Such calls are cons trying to get dosh outta you for fixing a non-existent virus on your system. They are v. common & often pretend they are Microsoft. EE doesn't & cannot call you making such allegations.
