No not recieved router as yet was told I'd get text when it's sent out but didn't get that either

Well, you won't be able to connect today unless you have your own router.

 

Have you looked in your MyEE for BB under Orders ?

I cant even track my order no account number yet old provider switched off service got my own router but no dial tone on landline either

Then it's not been connected. All you can do is chase EE.
