My brightbox one has stated having a fast flashing green light where the globe icon is. I've tried all the usual unplugging and switching on and off and no such luck. It was working fine half the day and then stopped.
You sure it is the BB Globe that's flashing green? It normally is solid green. It's the Internet arrows that may flash green with traffic in the LAN. What problem is it causing you?
Have you just joined EE or are you already with EE?What does it say in the Internet section on the initial Status page of the BrightBox after you log in? Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy.Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? BrightBox 1 or 2?Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
