Re: Fibre regrade speed now worse

What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

Re: Fibre regrade speed now worse

Yes, you should probably be getting 70+ Meg.

What are all EE's contractual speed estimates given in your MyEE for BB under Your broadband speed ?

Re: Fibre regrade speed now worse

Complain to EE that you are not even getting the min guaranteed speed of 41.3 Meg when you should be getting 70 Meg.

Re: Fibre regrade speed now worse

Still not any higher than last post which i dont think is very good, have had sky before and received full speeds no problem before. EE not much help pretty much saying im getting the minimum.

Is it possible to get a DLM reset? As surely when my regrade went through it should have went up to the highest sync speed and dropped from there if was problem? But it seems mine has slowly went up.
