Ever since I got my EE bright box 2 internet Netflix will refuse to load. I have unplugged the back of the box and replugged after 30 seconds.
I am not happy with this at all as we pay a lot of money for this internet and we got promised it would work!

What do you mean exactly by "Netflix will refuse to load"? Onto what? How does it fail? Any error msg? Isn't https://www.netflix.com/gb/ just a website you access from your browser?

Is this an app you are running on your smart TV?
Does the TV still show it is connected to the Net? Can you run other On-demand apps like BBC iPlayer?
