EE have provided me with a new Smart Hub that I will be replacing my Bright Box 2 with. On the BB2 I set the default gateway to 10.0.0.1 and the DHCP range to 10.0.0.3 - 10.0.0.149 (I have my reasons). When trying to set the same settings on the SH, it gives me an error that the IP address are not acceptable. Can anyone help me get the settings working as before?

How is the Smart Hub functionally worse than the BB2? I thought the Smart Hub had a stronger WiFi signal..
I've already tried your #2 suggestion and the Smart Hub tells me the IP address is not allowed.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance.
I'm sure you should be able to set a 10.0.0.x subnet but I'm loathe to change mine in case I lose all my reserved IPs.

You're right! It seems programmed not to accept the 10.0.0.x subnet but it will accept the 11.0.0.x subnet & presumably others, if that's any help.

I had my whole network set up using gateway 10.0.0.1 with a number of static IPs in that range, there is no way I would go back and manually change them all. Seems a bit stupid of EE to arbitrarily deny 10.0.0.1
