EE STATIC IP

Hello,

Im concerned now,

after speaking with an EE adviser while ordering my EE fibre, i asked him 3 times if i get a static IP , as i host a small web-server and email i need this

I currently have SKY with this feature and its been fine, but out of contract and EE prices are better

Does anyone know about this, all i can go off is the answer of YES from the Adviser and he went off pheone to ask, As if this is not the case i will be really P~~ssed at them !!

Re: EE STATIC IP

@dylanbatt74 : Yes, EE CS & sales staff are under the mistaken impression that "Static IP" refers to the private LAN IPs of your devices. i.e. the 192.168.1.x subnet, rather than your public external IP.
