EE Brightbox intermittently drops internet

Hi

 

The EE brightbox 5ghz line drops out every so often making using the internet in a cosistent pattern impossible. Seems to be every 5 or 10 minutes for about 3 seconds.

 

Is anyone having this issue?

Yes, I expect someone's been messing around at cab/exchange.

 

Your BB connection looks fine. Are you saying just the WiFi drops?

Thanks for the reply.

 

This has been happening for a couple of weeks. It appears that its just the 5ghz wireless that drops out but i don't think its the 2ghz one. Sometimes when i press the button for the intelligent wireless the problem is sorted for a couple of hours.
