How do I access my broadband bill?
I'm a brand new customer and would like to know what date the money will be leaving my account, and the only way to see that is to download the bill.
However, when I go to "Your Bills" I get the bill date, bill number and ammount due but no option (or any links) to download the bill.
I'm rather lost.

I have looked there, however it doesn’t answer my question.
I don’t have any link to download the PDF of the bill to begin with.

I’ve tried logging in on mobile and desktop - same issue with both.
It tells me there is a bill and gives me the bill date, bill number and the amount due - I just don’t have a download link for it which I need so I know when the money will be taken.

On my Bills page, there is a download button to the right of the bill number. The amount comes out of my account 14 days after the bill date, and is shown when you download the bill.
