I signed up to get my home broadband over 2 weeks ago I have had my first email saying everythings being sorted but nothing since 2 weeks ago no updates and it says nothing on my account, how can I find out when it is going to be delivered or is it worth cancelling and going with someone else?

Hello, no it doesnt come up with anything just the order reference number and on my orders it says Provisioning in progress and says that it should all be up and running by today

Your router will arrive on or just before your activation day, this should come today 🙂
