March last year? That's a long time. Your boost should have gone on your phone within 30 days of your BB going live.
You need to keep chasing EE to find out why it didn't.
You were a new customer of EE for the Fibre & not just upgrading to it?

i was upgrading my phone in an EE shop and changed my sky broadband to EE fibre at the same time , I'll have to go back into the shop when I next get the chance . Thanks for the reply
