hey all in june this year i had an inco sky cctv dvr fitted along with two powerline adapters one at the router one with the dvr in anoth room all worked preety well up to recently i know have to reconnect it to the router every few housr at least thats if it will connect at all.
i have plenty of photos i have reset my router to factory setting and also the dvr please help me im really stuck and its the time of year i could do with it working.

What exactly is the problem? Is it that you can't view it from time to time? Where are you trying to view it from?
You shouldn't ever need to factory reset the router except in extremis.

hi my problem began 3 weeks ish ago where the connection to the dvr drops totally and it take me man attemps to fix it.
i had it fitted 6 months ago and all was working fine the ethernets connected via x2 powerline adapters.

Yes, but disconnecting it from where? Where are you viewing it from?

hi pal its disconnecting from the router when i log in to 18.104.22.168 its not showing into logged in as a device also with it being offline i cant view it from my iphone as in the app it says its offline

The Brightbox's Currently Connected Devices isn't always accurate, so you can't go definitively by that.
Where are you when you try to view it on your mobile? In other words, are you away from home?

both at work and at home really as the cctv is fitted in the office upstairs, im currently connected to the 5ghz wifi and its still showing as offline

At home, when you are using your mobile to view, is the mobile connected to the mobile network or to WiFi on your LAN?

You mean it can happen on both WiFi & mobile data?
its still showing as offline
How/where are you seeing that the CCTV is offline?

yes i can not view the cctv via my phone on xmeye as the dvr device is showing offline when i check the dvr its dissconecting from the router and showig the message on the pic attached

I still don't understand what is showing that error. Is it:
If the former, it doesn't prove the the CCTV has discon'ed from the router as you keep saying but just that the mobile can't connect to it.
Please explain in more detail just what you are doing & and what is happening when you do so.
