Re: Cancel my broadband

@Db993 : If you no longer want any BB at your location you need to phone EE and give 14 days notice. If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill.

If you are still within the min. term you will have to pay Early Termination Fees.

To phone EE: The local rate landline number +44 207 362 0200 or Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobiles; Option 2 for 4G WiFi; Option 3 for Home Broadband & EE TV.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC

Re: Cancel my broadband

Not being able to cancel without a phone call is ridiculous. What about if you are deaf? I have a wi-fi monthly rolling contract with you. i am leaving the country at the start of November for 6 months and i want to cancel. I can't use the phone with my hearing. Not being able to cancel without a phone call is borderline discrimination. It shouldn't be particularly difficult to enable cancellation on-line. Most others companies manage it. For example, I was able to cancel my car insurance renewal online within a few minutes. Why is EE not up to par?

Re: Cancel my broadband

Not being able to cancel online would seriously affect whether i took up another contract with you when I get home.
