@Zoeparkin1996  Once your bill has been paid it will take up to 24 hours for it to be reactivated.

@Zoeparkin1996 , there is nothing we can do here, no account access, you will have to ring customer service in the morning, but if you are late paying your bill and have not payed it or spoken to them about your problem and come to an arrangement, then they will not turn your wifi/broadband back on, as they will need payment first and need to be sure that you will pay, you signed an agreement and should have read the terms and conditions.

Do you not have a TV that is plugged into an areal for watching TV, as this does not need broadband for normal TV, until you have paid your fees?

Let your son watch TV OTA until you pay your bill or have made a repayment plan with EE.

Hi @Zoeparkin1996

Welcome to the community.

If you haven't already, I recommend following @Schockwave's advice and speak to our Broadband Care team. They'll do their best to come to an arrangement with you.

Let us know how you get on.

Chris
