Hi newbie here I have a BB contract and EE account and trying to log on from outside UK. It says wrong password or username but they aren’t. 
I want to access my account as I have been notified that it’s going up by £2 a month and the email said to contact EE if I wish to leave .  So I have 2 questions, namely:-
1- is there a problem getting logged on outside UK, and,
2, can you leave while still under contract because of this £2 increase

There should be no problem logging into your BB a/c from aboard.


Did you create a new MyEE online a/c in early Dec. when EE did away with the old BB Member Centres? See My Home Broadband login details aren’t working - what do I need to do?
