Can’t connect

So I’ve changed from sky to EE and today (29th June) is when I’m up and running I’m connected my son can connect with Xbox but not his mobile .... he’s put in the password etc but still won’t do it. Probably something simple but I’ve tried for an hour doing stuff and it still won’t work so what do I need to do ? Does anyone know 🙂
