Can i move my account to new home

Hello, Can anyone help please. I am existing custmer. I have broadband and mobile. I am due to move house sometime in September, can i keep the account and move it to the new house, if so how do i go about doing it.

Good afternoon @bowland76 yes you can, it's very simple. If you call customer service and go through to broadband department they will sort it for you. 

Do you know your new address? 

The sooner you call the better as home move of broadband can take upto 30 days to be transferred to new address.
