Broadband order

Hello, I ordered online BB deal on 9th of October. It says that I should get email with an activation date and with account number or details to check the order. I’m waiting 7 days now and I have nothing on email. I ordered BB on current landline in flat that I moved in couple weeks ago. Landline was on previous tenant and there was enable BB from BT. Anyway I chose EE because they said they can just switch landline for them. 

If I’ve got reference number and confirmation of order but didn’t get any other email with Acc number, when router will come or activation date, is anything that I can worry about or it’s just normally.

Have you checked in your junk & spam folders on your email account? 


Alternatively I would recommend speaking with our customer service team who can check that your home broadband order is progressing.
