My BroadBand switched off last night, and when it came on again and I tried to reconnect, it would not accept my password. I cannot even see how to reset so I can activate it again...HELP!

What are you unable to do log into MyEE or are you having issues with your broadband password ?
Unfortunately there is no account access here on the community if you give 150 a call from your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from a landline from 8AM in the morning & a advisor be able to help.

What do you mean? Your router doesn't log into the BB network or you cannot log into your MyEE for BB a/c? Please be a bit more explicit & say what you are trying to do.

@Basmaniac: What is the form of your BB Username? If it is like "PRODUCTIONHQNUN123456@fs" the pwd is like "HQNPASS123456". Simply replace the numbers in the password, with the ones found in your username.
