Broadband bill increased by £10 this month, without warning

My EE Broadband bill, without warning, increased from £20.50 to £30.50/month. Is there an explanation as to why?

It is completely unacceptable to make such a significant increase without contacting the customer. Could please be refunded to return it to my usual rate? I intend to leave EE as of tomorrow to find a new broadband provider if this is not attended to properly.

Phone EE to enquire why it has increased. Such an increase would be deemed to be of material detriment when you should be informed in writing & given 30 days to leave FoC.

Mine has just gone up £10 (november), no warning. Did you get an answer? I am going to send a written letter.

@MissBetty : Have you just completed your min. term? The price increases at that time.
