Hi, I have recently received an email from EE saying that they are making changes to the price of my home broadband from 27 June 2019, hence I can cancel my contract without paying charges by calling before 26 June 2019. My question is that if I want to cancel my contract, will this contract ends when it officially ends? (Since I still have a couple of months to go) Or will it end at 26/27 of June?

It will end immediately you tell them you want to leave.

If you’re out of contact, your EE account closes 14 days after you request to leave or as soon as your new account goes live if you’re switching supplier on the same line.

It's best to inform EE you are switching ISP as a result of the price increase being detrimental so that you are not charged any early termination fee.
