I’ve got a bright box 2 on a fibre connection and has been working fine for several months now.
I got home from work today to find the internet light flashing orange and haven’t been able to get it to connect since.
I power cycled and factory reset the router. I checked user name, password, settings etc. The landline is working fine. I also tried a different ADSL filter and cable just in case although unlikely as the broadband light is solid green.
Called EE and they ran line tests which were fine and got me to use the migration wizard.
None of this has worked and I’m still without internet. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

What does it say in the Internet section on the initial Status page of the BrightBox after you log in? Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Does the phone announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
