Brightbox 2 Internet flashing orange

The brightbox 2 internet is flashing orange and it's disconnected from the internet. It's been like this for a day. I'm really confused as to why this has happened.

Check your BB Username & password in the router are correct.

 

Are there "PPP: CHAP authentication failed" in the log?

 

How long have you had this BB with EE?

 

You can try a factory reset, remembering it will undo any of your own settings you have set.

Yeah the user/pass are correct, had BB2 for a very long time now. Since release.

 

Also where are the logs on the admin panel.

Yes, I've done this around 5 times throughout the day. Nothing..
