I recently signed up for EE home broadband with calls etc. Unfortunately my landlord decided to give notice of his intention to sell up.
I cancelled my account within the 14 day period. I had forgot to ask the advisor on the call about how the bill works. My service went live on 18th and I paid the bill on the 21st for the month ahead but then when I cancelled the order on the 25th the advisor told me that my service would cease immediately in line with the terms and conditions of the cooling off period.
Am I entitled to a refund for the period outside the few days it was active for?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
