Apple Airport Time Capsule

I am on EE Fibre optic home broadband.

I have been left with the impression that Time Capsule does not include a built-in router. Is that true? I would have to plug it to my existing EE Technicolor router rather than replacing it?!

Please kindly clarify.

Thanks.

More to the point, it does not contain a DSL modem which your EE modem/router does. From what I can tell it is a router in its own right for extending the WiFi. You connect its WAN port to 1 of the LAN ports of the EE Technicolor router.
