i paid my bill yesterday and was told it would be on by half 8 tonight
your employee told me that he would phone me back at half 7 and i still have not been phone and still dont have wifi

If your Home BB has been deactivated because of non-payment or late payment of bills you will need to contact CS to see when it'll be switched on or just wait out their promises.
