5gb data boost

I renewed my broadband account to take advantage of the 5gb data boost. It has been well over the 30 days and I’ve heard nothing. Can you help please

You'll need to contact EE to see what's happened to it.

 

When you renewed did you supply an EE mobile no. to receive the boost?
