I am a new EE Broadband customer trying to claim £50 credit for the early termination fees incurred by switching from my previous provider. The problem is that when I go to the link to claim, I get a message saying that my details are not recognised. My EE broadband is up and running and I have paid my first bill. Any tips on what to do?

I called Customer services who were very good and arranged for my credit claim to be completed successfully on production of evidence from my self. They also sent details to the technical team to check why I could not complete this via the normal claim link.

I want to add that Beverley ******** was my Customer Services contact, and she was brilliant in every way in getting my problem resolved so quickly and efficiently.
