Just signed up to a new contract with the option for the wifi optimiser. Tried to communicate with their chat but absolutely hopeless.
Basically I'm trying to turn it on and set it up but the main hurdle i have is that I don't even have the add on option on my app.
Do I just need to cancel my contract as I don't want it to get to 14 days if its just faulty
