Hey there I got problem firstly they send me the WiFi router to home then the engineer didn’t come to fix it and then they cut the money from my account so basically my WiFi is still not activated and they are cutting my money so I want to fix it otherwise then cancel my WiFi.

@Warisk when is your go live date ? you receive the router before you go live date. Can you not plug the router in yourself?
