I have an issue with my router. There no issues then suddenly it started flashing orange. No one was near by, it didn't fall off the shelf. Nothing disturbed the router. It just suddenly started flashing orange and now it won't stop. I have turned it off and on again, power cycled, unplugged everything including the openreach modem and turned that off and power cycled too. Waited 10 minutes before plugging everything back in and turning on to be met with the same flashing orange. EE site says there's no coverage issue in my area and there's no bad weather, at least enough to damage anything external. What do I do? It's a struggle to make time to call EE as I work unsociable hours. It's 5am and I leave for work soon and don't finish till late. Please advise!
