Does the Smart WiFi Pro 1895 have a stateful packet inspection firewall enabled by default?

@NERC_Consultant - The Smart Hub Pro has a stateful firewall. In fact, I'm pretty sure you can't disable it even if you want to.

Agree with @XRaySpeX on the Smart WiFi  Pro i.e. as it doesn't have any interfaces exposed directly to the Internet (all traffic is routed via the hub), then it shouldn't be of concern.

Welcome to the EE Community, @NERC_Consultant.

The Smart Hub Pro which feeds any WiFi extenders has a stateful firewall and it is enabled as standard out of the box.

@NERC_Consultant : I wouldn't have thought an extender, Smart WiFi Pro, has any firewall but its router, Smart Hub Pro, would have.

The question about the stateful firewall was posed because some clients inquire in detail about the nature of a vendor’s security controls. So, regardless of the ability to configure the stateful nature, some users need to know in detail what security attributes are associated with the EE Hub/Router.
