I completed the online transfer form last Sunday. My number still hasn't transferred. I tried to call the number and it said that it couldnt complete my call but they were aware of the problem... This obviousy doesnt help me. Any ideas anyone?

Hello @Caulistar sorry to hear you are having problems porting your number over. The error you heard does happen sometimes and is only temporary, you can normally get through by calling back again. The numbers to call are 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and check the status for you as your nunber should have ported by now. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. :):

Please pop to the customer service live chat link.
This can be found on our Get in touch page, under the EE drop down menu.
The link will be active from now till 9pm (UK TIME).
The team will be able to investigate why your PAC code has not worked.

Apparently they can not help me because my EE sim is PAYG... Starting to wish I'd just stayed on my contract with o2 now 😞

You didnt give me a choice for PAYG so I assumed I'd have to say personal. I wont take a contract out with EE without experiencing them first and to be honest I've already had enough.
