why do I have to put all my details in again and set up new Direct Debit

I'm just fed up. I've been trying to upgrade my phone for three days. There are so many bloody hoops to jump thought I'm just about to give up.

 

I have been an Orange customer for years and I've paid by Direct Debit but I'm being asked to fill in one form after another and when I was asked to give my bank details agian, i balked. Why do I have to give you my bank details when you already have them? 

 

I want to upgrade my phone. That's pretty simple isn't it? I tell you what phone I want, you send it to me and keep taking the money from the same account.
