why can I not select another data free boost on my pay as you go?

I have credited my account with £10 and therefore I am eligble for another free boost, I want to select data but it will only let me select calls are the data boosts capped?

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems adding a data boost. There isn't a cap in place.

 

Please get in touch with customer services so we take a quick look at your account.

What number am I supposed to dial to talk to someone? When I phone up I can only connect with automated messages and therefore I am unable to sort this out. I am calling from a land line.

Use the Freephone no. in my sig. from the landline.
