@Gwaziman001 You only added a full contract to your account that doesn’t mean they will allow a move the original account opening sim only to a full contract and you’ll probably have to wait the 6 months. But do call and ask as you have nothing to loose by asking.

I called EE the other day and did the upgrade to sim only, the lady on the phone said at anytime I could upgrade to a phone contract there was no minimum wait time. Also my online account now says I can upgrade to a phone contamract too 🙂

@Donna-1318 That was you because you’ve been a long term EE customer.
That doesn’t apply to all customers and it will not apply to customers who have only been with EE for 4 months.

Hi all so after EE systems was down for a few days today I upgraded to a handset from my sim only after 3 bills paid, I could of done this free from the 16th of January, but had to pay £36 up front not to bad. They said rule of thumb after 3 months but do like you to wait 6 or you will have to pay.
