t-mobile sim card not activated after 24h

Hi Community,


My old T-Mobile SIM card has been damaged, so I ordered a new nano SIM (T-Mobile) which I received yesterday.


I have called customer support for activation and they said it could take up to 24h to activate, but after more than 24h the phone still shows No Service.


Can you help with that?
