My phone ran out of data yesterday evening since then I have repeatedly try to buy more data via http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ but keep getting the same message "something went wrong while you were buying Your add-on. Please try again. You have not been charged." It's still not working I've tried to see if I could do over the phone or to speak with someone from EE to no avail.
Why am I getting this message and how can I top up my data now?
