sim card delivery

Hello, i ordered a sim card over the phone to be delievered to the house to go in my new phone, i needed a nano sim, they said it would be here today, it didnt come in the post, so i rang them customer service line which i had to use the house phone to ring, due to them cutting my phone that i have now off, they said it would arrive definatly around 3 oclock, its now 5 and it still has not arrived. What is the latest time, the royal mail can deliever to houses,  as I have no phone and i am very unhappy with the service.

Unfortunately, its very unlikely that you'll be receiving your SIM card today.

Do you live near a EE Retail Store? You can pop into one of these and they'll provide you with a new SIM card FREE of charge there and then. 99% of the time, you'll leave the store with your new SIM already active.
