sim card activation

i have just got my old contract sim back and im having trouble activating it, it says i need to have another phone to activate the sim and i only have my one phone,

and when i call 150 to speak to someone it says i have no credit left when i have over 150mins left?

 any help?

Thanks for this. I'm afraid it needed activation, but I managed to do that via online chat with Tech Support 👌
