Yes, all our 4GEE Essential plans, 4GEE plans and 4GEE Max plans will let you take your allowances with you to the EU.

As you're unable to connect to the data service, I recommend giving our roaming troubleshooting a try.

My advice just try any of the 3G networks, until you get one that works 🙂

If it is just a data issue, please check to make sure your data roaming is switched on in your settings:-
Android: Settings >>> More >>> Mobile Networks >>> Data Roaming
Apple: Settings >>> Mobile Data >>> Mobile Data Options >>> Data Roaming
If it still isn't working, I recommend giving our customer services team a quick call, they have access to your account and will be able to help.
