Hi there, i moved back to greece about 1 a week ago and i wanted to put my new sim, but for some reason it was no taking the puk code of my vodaphone sim card, tried the one that it shows on my ee account still doesnt work, so i took it to the store and they told me it's because it is region locked for some reason and told me to contact the provider of my phone so i can get the codes needed in order to make it function.
Now what i want is for you guys is to unlock my phone that i bought from you so i can use it.
Samsung J3 6
Old number was xxxxxxxxxxx but now it's inactive but still has some credit left from the time i was still in england.
It's nowt to with PUK codes but with your phone being locked to EE.
If the device had been on your contract for at least 6 months, even if that contract has now been cancelled, you can just apply using the Unlocking your device form as the Pay Monthly option and giving the mobile number that it used to have. It will first show your current phone on that number & ask whether that is the device you want to unlock? If not, you will then have to type in the IMEI of the old phone.
