There is no account access on these forums so you will need to call CS on 150 and discuss this issue with them further. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

On PAYG you are not billed. So EE would have no reason to take money out the blue. Have you set up a recurring DD top-up that you have forgotten about, maybe? Otherwise if it was an unexpected DD that you were not notified about in advance, you may use the bank's DD Guarantee to reverse the payment.
