Im disconecting ee tomorrow and do not want to pay the disconnection fee of £130 as i have had terrible broadband service for nearly 8 months which still hasnt been resolved. hence the reason for leaving, as i still in a contract. Not sure how to sort this out.

Hello @michelle-mck your best option is to contact EE executive office (complaints) who can access your account and assist you further with your complaint:
You will need to follow EEs complaints process first. If they can not resolve it within 8 weeks or if they issue a deadlock letter to you then you can take it further (Communications Ombudsman). 🙂

Who are you moving to? If you are moving to another BTw-based ISP you could just be taking your issues with you. It's all essentially the same BB on the same line.
