The very unsatisfactory response I received today in a private message "I've just had an update on your order. Unfortunately your plan is not eligible for the free gift because of your monthly line rental discount."
I'm being just being fobbed off by EE. I upgraded as I was told the Beats were a free gift and would be delivered 14 days after I received the handset.
In this very thread the EE Community Support Team have posted:
"All customers who pre-ordered the iPhone X on 40GB 4GEE Max Plans and above (including customers who take out the special introductory offer of 100GB for 25GB with EE’s Annual Upgrade) from EE will also receive a free pair of the super popular Beats X headphones – worth a whopping £129.95!
Customers will be sent their Beats X within 16 days of receiving their iPhone X."
I have that price plan! This just seems like a con. Most annoyed by EE's customer service. I even rang EE on 150 the other day and they seemed surprised that I had not received them yet and said I would be soon. So what is going on?

Received Phone on the 16th of November and still no headphones. After numerous calls and promises my last call today has told me he can’t promise me a date on when I might get it. Broken promises again EE

@Keefe How about the offer was so popular that EE stocks get depleted very quickly and EE has a backlog of these to get out when more come in. It’s a FREE gift and you’ll get it when EE has one that can be allocated to you.

I ordered the phone on the 01/11/17, received it on the 13/11/17 and still no Beats X headphones, some 33 days later still no headphones. Have called C/S numerous times to be told someone will call me back . . . . . . . . . . still waiting. :-(. Would really apprecaite a response.

Hi, same problem here I was promised them contact someone when phone arrived they said don’t worry they will be with me but couldn’t confirm a date. I wasn’t happy they got delayed but atleast they would be coming. No contact the online chat today and said I’m no eligible. I’m on max plan 100gb for 25gb. Chose this deal because of the headphones.
Could you please resolve this

i ordered the phone 8th Nov, phone arrived on 2nd December and still havent received the headphones either... i have double checked the order and it states that i should get them...

Hi, I upgraded my phone the week before Christmas and still haven’t received my free beats. I’ve tried calling customer services but haven’t got time to sit waiting for my call to be answered. Can you help please?

@MrsL-05, hi, if your having no joy getting through to CS, you could try speaking through chat on the EE website, or one of the Community staff will assist you on here.
