i am in spain at the moment. have been using my ppv phone here for the last 6 months with no probs. today can no longer receive or send text or make calls,
was ok 2 days ago. nothing changed on the phone. can connect to orange or movistar. mess tells me to call 470 to allow these calls

I recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by PPV. If you have a pay monthly account, I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat or have a different account type, you can find our contact details, including an international number, on our get in touch page.

i meant to say PAG not PPV.
customer support very helpful and sorted the issue.
the fone had gone into hibernation mode as i had only been receiving texts over the last 3 months and had not made any chargable calls
