I requested an Unlock code via the online form 10 days ago but have had no contact via email or text from EE since. How long does the process normally take?
10 days ago the 22nd December? You might have missed the fact we have had Christmas and New Year so regrettably these bank holidays will have likely caused some delays.
You should ring 150 and ask CS how it's going or if it's even started.
